What we help with
Printer and scanner setup
We connect new printers, scanners, and multifunction devices to your PC, laptop, and smartphone over Wi-Fi or a network cable, install the drivers, and set up scanning to a folder or by email. We also help when a printer stops printing after an update.
- Network and Wi-Fi printing
- Drivers and updates
- Scan to folder or email
Wi-Fi, routers, and mesh
If the Wi-Fi upstairs is too weak, keeps dropping out, or a new router is due, we set up the router and mesh access points. Guests get their own network, and we bring the settings up to a secure standard.
- Router and mesh setup
- Guest Wi-Fi
- Secure, documented settings
Connecting cameras and setting up the app
We connect IP cameras to the network and the recorder, set up the app on your smartphone, and make sure recordings stay in the building. Mounting and cabling are done by an electrical contractor if needed.
- IP cameras and recorders
- App and remote access
- Recording inside the building
PCs, laptops, and email
With a new computer or smartphone, we move your data across and set up email, calendars, and Microsoft 365. If an email account stops syncing, we find out why. We set up a backup at the same time.
- Device setup and data transfer
- Email, calendar, Microsoft 365
- Backups

Do you take care of Wi-Fi across the whole house in Neuwied?
Yes. We check where the signal is weak, set up the router and mesh access points, and separate a guest network from your own.
What does the IT service cost?
We charge by effort. You get a free assessment first, so you know what to expect.
Do you take small jobs too?
Yes. A single printer or a new router is a typical job.
Do you help private customers and businesses?
Both. We work for households as well as practices, law firms, and offices.
Do you lay cables?
No. We handle the setup and the software side. New cables and electrical work are done by an electrical contractor.
