Hosting and mailbox

The website runs on a server of Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. Our mailbox, where enquiries and emails to us arrive, is hosted there as well. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to deliver it. We do not keep access logs with IP addresses. Hostinger processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Enquiries through the form

We use name, email, message, and phone if you give it, only to prepare and answer the consultation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for steps before a contract. The separate consent in the form relies on Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw consent for the future.

Without name, email, message, and consent we cannot handle the enquiry. Phone is optional.

Delivery through an email service

To get your enquiry into our inbox, we send the form details through the email delivery service Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Processing mainly takes place in the USA. Resend is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and additionally on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR).

Abuse protection

When you submit the form, we process your IP address to limit mass submissions. It is held only in the server's memory, never written to files or databases, and discarded after one hour. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a working contact channel (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep the details until the enquiry is finished, and after that only as long as commercial or tax duties require.

Recipients

No sharing for advertising. The recipients are the host and the email delivery service named above.

Cookies

These pages do not set analytics or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time for the future. Write to hello@perasoft.de. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example:
